What are you using for transport of your pistols?

I bought a Browning shotgun case with integrated locks from Epps. I can fit my 16" AR, Beretta, and Glock in it. It is all padded, it was made for the Citori when taken down.

I have the Seahorse SE 540. It's fantastic, now all of my 1911s can come to the range at once.

+1 Got mine from Irunguns. The foam is pick and pluck so you can customize it.

I use a 2006 GMC Serria 4x4 or a 1985 CJ7 to get my guns to the range.

I'm using the Mastercraft tool case from CT. It comes with the pre-cut, customizable cubed foam inset in the bottom and eggshell foam in the top (and the dividers). I've turned the tool holder for the screwdrivers in the top around, so that it faces the eggshell foam. That's were I now keep my magazines. You should be able to fit 4guns in there easily.

I bought two of these on sale for $20 or $21 ea. Same key locks for both, metal case, shoulder strap. Easily holds 4 guns. Foam is nice & thick so it protects the guns very well. It's a great case for anyone who can't afford something higher end.

Good for you? Some people like to protect thousands of dollars worth of investments too. My hangun got some nice marks on it from being in my bag from some other objects, while not super important to function, I like to keep my stuff looking nice, call me picky perhaps. Not eveyone is simply going for a look like you imply.

actually thats one of the reasons why i use a simple maxpedition soft case. if i put out the money for a pelican or similar case i'd probably catch myself setting it up all spy movie like, with custom cut foam and one gun per case, mags and a set of accessories!

Lol. I use a canvas bank deposit bag with a sturdy zipper that locks to a metal ring grommet with a small luggage padlock. Completely legal.

I never thought about a bank bag! Thank you for the excellent idea!

I LOVE 5.11's Range Ready bag which can hold 5 pistols comfortably. It can EASILY carry more stuff than you want to carry and gets heavy fast. There's enough room for the guns, some ammo, mags, Uplula, eyes and ears, targets, paperwork, cleaning supplies and other small things light a flashlight, small pair of binocs..
