Any guys or gals getting a new Firearm for Christmas? I received mine one month ago but won't open the box until Christmas. Well, I did have a little peek. :D
 
I finally finished my Luger and I bought a Britarms 2000 MKII. I'm very excited to get both of them home. Not really a Christmas gift, but you know, 'tis the season I guess.
 
Ya I know what I'll be getting for Christmas..................$hit and abuse........"that doesn't fit"....."You should know I don't like that color"......"I wanted the other one"....."Is that IT"......"Don't you EVER listen to me"......"I NEVER said I wanted that"......Oh well I guess it's my fault for spoiling them too early on...........I just LOVE Christmas.......................
 
I'm getting a Savage Model 12 in 22-250, a Tasco 10-40 x 50 scope for it, and all the gear I need for reloading for it. :D

The rifle from a fellow CGN'er, and the rest new.

And maybe in the new year I'll be able to get my Savage Model 12 Benchrest in .308, a Sightron SIII 10-50 x 60 LRMOA scope, and reloading gear for it. It'll depend on the tax return man!

I purchased a 1957 Win 94 30-30 for myself and a brand new Marlin 336C for my son. I'm also considering a Marlin 1895G for a boxing day surprise for myself! ( my wife will be surprised - that I bought another rifle )

Done that several times already Track...........they all start out nice..........in the end they're all the same. Just like Chevy/Ford/Dodge.......no difference in the big picture, they will all let you down at the most inopportune time, when they're not doing this they are driving you crazy with trivial problems and the longer you keep them the more they try to break your bank.......does this make me cynical and jaded? All I can say is I have more experience than most...........Did I mention, I just LOVE Christmas !!!
 
Other than health, friends, family & the turkey, I couldn't care less about getting anything I'd be gettin'.

OTOH ...... I am getting a new stainless 358Win bbl on a SS 700 action which will be bedded into a McMIllan. :dancingbanana:
