Are the pins firing pins? Do they float like a firing pin? Shaped like one on the inside?

Or are they solid?

There is no rim on them and the pin is adjustable with set screws.

Don't know what they are. Pin protrusion does not look long enough to be a decapping pin.

Could it be a device to hold a black powder charge for a muzzle loader? Would the pin have any use on a muzzleloader?

They are bomb poking , diffusing pins or at least that's what is left after

Does the pin just slide inside or does it have an adjustable floorplate attached inside? I think Ganderite might be onto something if you latter is so, Could be BP powder measures. It would explain why they are brass
