Just curious to see what people are feeding their M14s. I have used the SA surplus, although I found it shoots like junk and for some strange reason doesn't cycle the action correctly all the time. When I was firing this 147 grn ammo, the bolt wasn't being blown back far enough to strip a new round off of the magazine and into the chamber. On the other hand, the Remington Express 180 grn .308 win I shoot cycles the action flawlessly and is FAR more accurate. Next time I hit the range I will pick up some 150 grn Express and see if there is any difference in accuracy and how the rifle cycles. I know it's not a problem with the firearm because I have a couple of them and they both experienced the same problem with the SA stuff.
Anyway, let me know what you guys are shooting and how your ammo performs.
