Once my rifle is sighted in, I can't stand looking at paper through the scope. I need reactive targets! Steel, small rocks, small trees, glass bottles (where appropiate) and of course plastic bottle filled with coloured water and another favoutie, full pop cans, shaken.
I would love to kill a car, we were discussing doing this at our club, where we get a car going with a brick on the pedal, and take turns shooting it, the shot that stops the engine wins!!!

human silhouette targets at the range. I guess we should all go out with our done up SKS's and shoot walmart mannequins, yet another great way to defend our sport.

And with the recent shootings it makes the good and responsible gun owners like the majority of the people on this site look bad. With threats of the government instigating a restriction on all semi auto centre fire rifles, I just think being a stewart of the sport would do us all more good in the end.
I enjoy shooting just as much as the next guy, but I will leave my shooting to paper targets at good distance, moving clays, and animals I intend on eating, that just seems more productive to me than moving cars, lawn mowers, or human shaped targets.
