Please define "better made".
Modern design and manufacturing techniques, better workmanship and materials. In particular, the quality of steel using in Tikka barrels.
As much I love Remington 700s, fit and finish is not the best and barrels are not perfectly aligned/trued with the action (believe or not, it does not affect accuracy much).
I still buy and shoot Remington 700 almost exclusively because of accessories and of the design's inherent safety and accuracy.
Also I don't own a Toyota Camry (I own 2 Subarus) even if it's a "better made" car since functionality is more important than quality.
