totally, it's been possible to find decent ammo and factory rifle combos that can do sub-moa for at least 3 shot groups since at least the mid 2000's, I have purposely chosen not to reload even though I like to shoot and develop my rifle projects far closer to their actual limits like many reloaders do, have my own gongs and similar preference for original botw simplicity for elevation solutions, do my own wind solutions and will sometimes do 2fp simple reticle solutions over dial up as well...but I've been saving my brass, always thought that may be a retirement gig, I may never actually take it up, and now...it's even easier to find hunting and match capable ammos and rifles off the shelf where sub moa has become the norm...reloading is 100% optional even for guys who are ballistics nerds and or do lrh, maybe even elrh too, there's a lot of ways to play outdoors, pick your battles, the juice has to be worth the squeeze
