I am very delighted with the Westinghouse Mosin Nagant that I have.
A pristine wood and beautiful bluing, although yes it is a Finn marked 'SA' inside a rectangle.:D

I always wanted to have something else from the first war or forbid, even older.
So I have to ask, what is your oldest Mosin Nagant rifle?
Pics if you can please.

1895 or 98-I can't remember. It's Finn M91 with 1941 VKT counterbored barrel and russian single piece stock.

Great shooter

1911 Izhevsk with a 1910 dated Izhevsk receiver. She is German marked and has four civil guard district markings along with Finnish army markings. Quite the travelling for this rifle.

I've a Finn 91 with a 1912 or 1910 receiver...

One of the more interesting a ones is an m27 with a 2 piece stock, the butt of which has a double struck cartouche that I am certain reads Deutsches Reich meaning that part of the gun, at least, was taken by the Kaiser's boys.
