I looked over the choices of guns that are listed in this poll, and I don't see anything that would qualify as "worse" in comparison to the other. People have their own preferences and tastes which are only subjected to what they can afford and/or consider to be of value for their money.

To be honest I don't like polls of this nature. It's problematic. We are a firearms community and need to stay united.
 
I have a mini and an xcr and love them both. The xcr is more accurate though but not by the huge margin that everyone would have you believe. The mini is a 581 its reliable and rugged but in my opinion its not a black rifle. I have shot both these guns a lot and though neither is perfect they are very reliable.

No, I'm quite serious - All of my contemporaries hated the switch from the real rifle to the mattel toy, too. But we're old, so you may wish to discount our opinions as being irrelevant to your world - I mean heck: We didn't even have mobile phones back then!

So, anyway, since that real rifle is prohib, I had to buy a 5.56, and I went with the Swiss platform, in all seriousness, because I was willing to pay twice the cost to NOT have an AR. I really do distrust them that much.

And, as I previously stated: YOUR MILEAGE MAY VARY, but I would rather be armed with a pointy stick than an AR, because they have let me down too many times, personally.

I honestly believe you should try an AR again. They have come a LONG way since then ;)
 
A friend of mine has one, dunno what flavour - He likes quality, is all I can say.

It still felt like a toy to me.

But - that leaves more of them available for the folks who like 'em!

You would think all the SOF units would be using real rifles "I guess there just ill informed :p"

Just kidding... No, I realize that warfare has evolved into something different than when I was a lad, but still: The AR15 is NOT for me. Please enjoy spending your money where you like. If we all liked the same flavour, life would be pretty dull!

The idea of the poll is flawed to start with. Different people have different criteria for their rifles.

What is the best coffee??? What do mean by being the best? The most caffine content? The cheapest one? Are you comparing espresso drinks with Country style drip coffee? The coffee with the darkest colour ? what if they come with cream already? Can you get that coffee anytime and anywhere you want?

The only people who blaspheme the Mini 14 are the arrogant AR 15/black rifle fans, snooty AK 47 fans and the mall ninjas who hate the fact that it does not come standard with quad rails for all their "tactical" junk.
 
I voted su-16 purely on it's looks. Looks like a larger scale version of those take down survival .22 rifles with a ghey twist. If they were the last line of
rifles on earth, I'd join wendys team.
 
Back in the early 1992, I remember seeing an SA-80 for sale in the the GVA (Shotgun news), pre H&K moded of course, that would be my pick even though it is a 12.4 prohib.

I believe there is maybe a handfull that made it in country.

The anti's hate us and so does our own crowd...but we still will never back down :D Long live the Mini 14!!!!
 
The worst black rifle IMHO, is the one that outshoots your black rifle at range at 100yd. Now (insert name of rifle here) that is the worst rifle.
