Excellent
That little piece is hardly body armour. No cop here would arrest you for it.####ing unreal to me that you're catering to someone with the audacity to give a company a hard time over something so small that cost nothing to enter. Tell this jerk off to kick rocks and draw again. I get it sucks in NS you can't have armor, but it's literally something that #1 cost nothing to enter and #2, will most likely end up in a junk drawer and #3 you should have known your own laws, why both entering a body armor suppliers give away if you can't buy their stuff?... You must be tripping to think you are OWED anything, absolute![]()
That doesn't matter, it's about the legality of it. A business would never in a million years risk getting harassed or fined by provincial or federal authorities because some cry baby wants to cause a stink over a little trinket. The clown wanted to know what the community thinks, so far 2 people think he deserves nothing. That little piece is hardly body armour. No cop here would arrest you for it.
No police would harass or fine them over this trinket. I actually talked to a police officer. They thought it was ridiculous, that business claiming that little piece as legit armour. If it was in fact body armour, the company would had to put a disclaimer on the contest and legally would be required to have all legal markings on said piece. As there would be legalities of if someone used it. Not after the fact. So in a way they screwed the pooch on that. That doesn't matter, it's about the legality of it.
