That text is REALLY impressive. It speaks volumes about the seriousness that the Swiss placed in skill at arms! Its a pity that I have never seen the equivalent in the Canadian military. Its not that we dont have highly skilled Canadian military marksmen ... but the priority is so low in the training cycle for the average soldier that it is seriously deficient.

Found this on page 7 of the Swiss Rifles Messageboard Fine Sight Adjuster post.
Looks like it might be a Sahli version for the G11 rifle, if knob is thick enough:
