Just hung it over the fireplace this morning. I'll get a photo and try to figure out how to post.

It is "rack only", by the way. I already have a 362 4/8 full shoulder mount and another 330 5/8 "rack only" from 2008 in our rec room which has an 8 foot ceiling.

Can you see the problem?

Wife, who has been very accommodating and supportive until now, (took down her mother's painting from over the mantle this morning to make way!!) says "NO MORE FELLA!"
She also claims they don't live above ground so "NIMLR"! ("Not in My Living Room")

Hair shy of 2,000lb Cape Buffalo, which is a very, very heavy example for that particular species. Not the biggest spread to come off the conservancy, but the biggest bodied bull they had in recent memory. Hope to up the max weight threshold for me to 12,000+lbs soon.

Now that right there is my lifes" great desire!!

My biggest animal so far was my 3rd moose...taken in Cape Breton Nova Scotia...1400+ dressed. Taken in 2005, with my 300WSM Browning S/S ...175 yards with a handloaded 180 gr Nosler /Bal/Silv/Tip. One shot flipped him right on his back. Scored 198 3/8 B&C..58 3/8 outside spread....1st place at the NS Big Game Society Show that year. Butttttt...sighhhhh...Some ****ING LOWLIFE stole the rack the following year!!
