My mint condition all original all matching 1903A3 Remington Springfield.
It's not even here yet. It's in the mail, ETA is the 18th.
I haven't even seen it yet but Jesus Christ I love her!!
Other than that I have 91/30 that I basically chopped down to a 20" barrel, recut the stock to make it look standard, trigger job, bedded the stock. All at very little cost/DIY.
It's a light, sturdy, balanced rifle that can now do 10 shot groups in 4 inches at 100 meters consistently with no fliers using cheap surplus and the iron sights!
It's not even here yet. It's in the mail, ETA is the 18th.

Bolt actions: Springfield 1903A3 or the Krag rifle.
Semi auto: Garand or the G 43. The Rashid is a close 3rd.

I love all my milsurps equally.
I love my SVT-40 more equally than the others Something about the shockwave coming out of the barrel. And, well, surplus 7.62x54R - fire-breathing-brick-smashing fun fun fun.
If I could get the accuracy and sweet trigger from my K31 and some how magically meld that into my SVT-40, that would truly be a rifle for the ages.

That 1903 sounds awesome! Good choice. And it's refreshing to hear someone say the actual accuracy of their rifle instead of 1MOA with mil surp ammo BS ppl like to sling.

mine are all milsurps, all shooters, all more accurate than me(my friend has shot way better groups with them). 3 Russkies and 2 Brits. i`m a consistently 6" group at 100 with sellier & belliot out of my No1 MkIII 1942. never liked the snub nose on that till i owned one. love it now.
