I've owned many makes and models - yes Ruger 10/22's have the popular vote, but when it comes down to consistent accuracy and reliability the playing field narrows... Anchutz? Sako? No!!! It's a true sleeper! BRNO (mod.2) It can shoot - has to be the barrel - Other than cleaning occasionally, no maintenance, and even after tens of thousands of rounds over the last 30 yrs. it still out performs most! I highly reccommend one - find out for yourself. "CZ" shooters possibly agree - unless something has changed as there are always those trying to "improve" or changing what has been next to perfect for a very long time.
I just go to the rimfire safe, close my eyes and feel around for my Full Stock CZ, but I might pull out the CZ Full Stock 17HMR by mistake, long as I can move the Coopers out of the way without hurting them. FS
x2 on the Lakefield Mark II...I have one as a back up too. along with a Marlin 81 and Marlin 990l....but mainstay...Mossberg 144 lsb staple puncher. looking forward to an April trip and 10 days in May for the gophers again. I travel 4 hours away so I take spares...
Ruger 10/22,Kimber custom,Anschutz 1415,CZ452,in 22rf
Cooper LVT, Cooper Jackson Squirrel Rifle,Weatherby/Anschutz all in 17 HMR
I love them all and use them all regularly, but for pure unadulterated fly shooting, the Coopers win hands down!!
Cooey 600. Paid 100 dollars for it at Epps last summer and can't justify getting anything else. one shot on top of the other at 25 yards even with cheap ammo. This hunting season the grouse are doomed.
My go to rimfire would be cooey 39 no savage mk2 no no my 10 22 no wait my CZ 452 or is it my savage 93 22wmr.damn this is just to hard of a decision for a monday
