I have yet to meet many coyotes that hung around long enough for me to range them, dial in and shoot. I didn't care for bdc in a SFP scope, as it is only on at one magnification. I hated trying to launch 75 amax from a 223, they dropped like a rock and made range estimation super critical. I like the edge that firedot gives in low light, now I shoot 50gr superformance in 22-250 and simply hold over. 1 shot kill at 487 yards this year, ranged after the shot.
