What kind of mark up on guns

5-10%! are you kidding? Labour of love?! Holy s@*t man wake up! You think any of these guys would stay in business on 5-10% markups? Some brands more - some less but 20-30% is where its at. I've seen a couple of Popular retailers costs on firearms and believe me they do well.

lol 20-30%? i would get into the biz if i could make that much. unfortunately, i'm in the biz of losing money, buying high selling low ;) awesome.

look at the prices in the US and the prices here in Canada, it's cheaper there because they have no import duties to pay, because they make the firearms there. for Canadians, we get fudged because our sissy government doesn't allow us to manufacture guns for our citizens. pussyasscrookedass government punks.

Try selling on the E.E. Prices often higher than new. :D

My apologies, JOHNI.
I was just 30-40 years behind the times!
(What else is new?)

No problem:p Funny how we get brand loyal especially the yanks. Leupold comes to mind. Proudly made in the USA, funny how many long time leuppy lover use to beat their chest about how sacred the brand is US made, only for find out many parts are outsourced from overseas aka Asian. Funny how leupold marketing guru's fails to mention that on their glossy ads. The Harley brand and its followers is even worse:eek: Its global economics 101 I guess.
