What Shotgun did you shoot your FIRST bird with? and do you still have it?

Mossberg 500 in 20 ga with a plain barrel and Modified choke in 1973. The first gun I bought with my own money - I was 14, from the WW Arcade in downtown Edmonton - $79.99 IIRC. First bird was a duck, unfortunately the 38 years since has somehow blurred my memory as to what kind. What I do remember though is that I killed a shyteload of ducks with that gun. I still have it.

first gun i bought was a bretta A391 shot many clays with it second gun benelli nova i shot a big tom with just last year!

Ruffed grouse with a model 1300xtr 28" barrel and winchoke. Beautiful shotgun and yes, I still have it and suspect I always will.

Mossberg .410 pump. Shot 3" shells. (grouse was the first feathers).
Gave it up for my buddies wedding gift to his wife.

Bolt action .410 that my dad still uses with deadly accuracy on grouse hunts, and he bought it at Simpson-Sears in Thunder Bay in 1967. Some day my son will use it too. Not too soon though I hope.
