What single shot size would you use?

#7 1/2's 1 oz. 2 3/4 Dram for anything from 16yrd line... any handicap i shoot 7 1/2s 1 1/8oz 3 Dram heavys, year round for both, #8 doesnt seem to break them as nice in the winter i find, but i also only really shoot Trap, a bit of sporting clays but i make due with what i normally run

7/8's of an ounce of 8's good for 70 yrd teals, no smoke, but lots of pieces (okay only a couple of times, but that was a shot that felt great to make) 7/8's of an ounce of 8'swill break 50 yrd crossers with a modified choke.

I wouldn't want to be restricted to one shot size. But I'm leaning more and more to 7 1/2 in 1 and 1 1/8 oz loads, especially for trap. I've wondered about winter breaks this year like Millwright1987 mentioned too.

1 1/8 hard 7.5's @ 1145 fps.

It has been proven many times that more of bigger shot travelling slower produces the best patterns at any distance. Easier on the gun and shooter as well.
