put in a sack shake off the loose rust flakes, load and shoot. The shot goes into a cup amd doesn't touck the barrel anyway. Ducks or geese will not complain about rusty shot. lol
For the win! When you understand that the surface rust does nothing to reduce its effectiveness, the answer is to use it as is, not try to figure out how to remove it.
Ok guess I'm learning to reload shotgun shells. I was given everything I need to get going, press (gotta figure that out), empty hulls, wads, shot, just need some primers and powder. Do some reading and get at it.
