What's it worth? 1894-1994 Winchester Centennial grade one 1 of 12000.

I have a friend who collects vinyl records who goes by this rule:

Anything made and sold as a collector's item isn't one.

I think this pretty much sums it up. On a similar note, I have a friend that’s a coin dealer and every day he has someone walk through his door with commemorative set X. They’re often shocked/offended/etc when he offers them melt value for their coins.

One of those commeratives without a box and not unfired is looking ke an orphan. The collectors don't want them and neither do those who like 94's and hunt with them. Most of those commeratives look like something Liberace would have sitting atop his piano and were never meant to be fired. The Canadian centennial (I'd have to admit) is a nice looking rifle .
