whats my gun worth? i just picked up a win 94 from 1906

i don't want collecters right now ,i want shooters ,so if it works fine and it's nice and tight and shoots strait ,i want it .(i cant afford a collecter right now)

Then why this statement??
It's implying people are putting forth a inaccurate value.

heck anyone that wants to let theres go for this ,let me know

you are right ,i dont collect i just shoot

On the bright side of old Winchesters that have had their collectors' value removed, it does drop the price a lot so that fellows who just want to own and shoot an old vintage Winchester can do so. Enjoy shooting it.

Actual collectors are not that interested in standard grade guns in any condition most collect the different grade guns . example take downs ,half round half octagon, upgraded wood .and so on.

Not really.

All collectors have to start somewhere.
Usually one item in a gun class (1894 Win,,1886 Win, Sav 1899 or whatever) then proceed to upgrade to better examples or add "special features) guns, then branch out to other models or even brands.

no ,what i'm implying is i can't afford to spend say 2 grand on a winchester that i don't dare shoot,i bought the one from 1906 and if it was worth alot more than i payed for it then i didn't want to shoot it ,but from what i've seen here it's perfect for what i want too use it for (showing it off at the range and shooting my own cast ammo),but if there are guys on here that have somthing like what i discribed then i'd be happy to take it off your hand's:HR:
