Whats the cheapest brandnew Semi-Auto Shotgun?

A synthetic mossy 935 can be had for $512, There's not many semi auto 12 Gauges priced that low.

The 935 only reliably cycles 3 and 3 1/2" shells, but if you stick a
O-ring on it from a rem 11-87 it will fire the 2 3/4" just fine.

I have read this O-ring solution on a few forums.

Have you actually tried it?

If so can you tell me where and how you place these 11-87 O-rings?

Thanks,

I did a ton of searching, and I settled on the mossberg 930 synthetic. I got it for 525 from cabelas. No O-rings to worry about.

Phrophet River (link above) had a Yiltz semi for $649 that I was thinking about with nice walnut stock. I went to go 2 weeks ago to get it and notice its not for sale. Ask him.. he might have more coming in.

Weatherby SA-08

What about the Weatherby SA-08? Anybody shoot one? They sell for pretty cheap, they look not bad and the video on the website makes some good points.

My dad bought my brother a Stoeger 2000 3 barrel combo in Shadow grass camo for around $600. Hits hard on the shoulder for a Semi and Does not have a nice finish, but I am biased because I have a Win SX3 with duratouch armor coating.

I was looking for a semi in this price range, and went with the Benelli Super Nova pump instead. Last thing I needed was a cheap semi giving me a hard time while hunting. I was very close to buying the Beretta 391, but I figured the pump would go bang evertime, no matter what the weather, or type of shell I put in it. I spent the same money on a pump that I could have on a cheap semi, but I know it will always work for me. Let us know what you end up getting!

bass pro shop flyer this week shows a h&r exell semi-auto12 guage for 349.88

Great gun for the money. Put 500 or so rounds through mine without a problem. Comes with 4 tubes, great fit and finish and the receiver no longer has the hump like in the Cabelas catalogue, think 870 style. I'm very impressed with mine.

Where did you get the excell auto with the 870 style receiver? I've been looking for the newer model for some time now. Thats why I didnt order the one at Cabelas.

From cabelas.:D They are just using the old picture in the catalogue for whatever reason. Bought it about 4 months ago, so I'd have to think that from here in they "should" all be that style.
