whats the ultimate pump or lever

What about a browning BPR rifle, I know they didn’t make them for long but they sure look good and seams to be a good rifle? Any opinion on that from owner/user?

Mennonite Machine Gun. Remington 7600. I prefer the 308.
I was just about to say the same thing. I have a .30-06 7600 Weathermaster that is a wicked deer gun, but my .243 Mennonite Machine Gun has killed more deer than I can remember. My biggest two deer ever were taken with a Browning .243 BLR. Hard to pick between the bunch.

99c/.308
Stocked mares leg in .44 RM, it’s like walking through the bush with a pistol .
Speaking of pistols - Volcanic would be a cool lever .
Not a fan of pump center fires - just not my thing

Another vote with Supercub. My 7600 in 35 Whelen had its barrel chopped and a muzzle brake added. Gun Tech on this forum did the trigger job. I am unsure if the factory engraved receiver makes it more accurate but to my eye it is a beautiful rifle. At one time, 10 shot mags were available for 760/7600's but no longer for the usual reasons. Can anyone offer an opinion of the value of an unfired, NIB, 7600 rifle (22 inches) in 35 Whelen with bright blue metal?

They were ok, only real perk was you could get them in magnum chamberings. I found the mechanism a little weird, as it was back and down. They were an acquired taste it seemed, and you can tell by how few were sold. Saw one sit on a shelf a long time at a Browning dealer, people didnt see the point, or like the pump dynamics. I would love to get one now and do a conversion tp 458 or the like, but some folks consider rarity to be equal to value.
