Whats Your Favorite MILSURP?!?!

My Arisaka Model 99, 7.7. Early version, chromed bore. Shoots better than my K98, Longbranch and Mosin Nagant. Had this gun for about 30 years and before that it was in my friend's family. I restored it from a Bubba'd state. Wouldn't sell it for any $.

Steyr 95 I have a 1916 with the wood in great shape. Really like the en bloc system and straight pull.

Not hard to see how the Austro Hungarian Empire held off the Russian numbers in WWI.

Really like my 24/30 Venezuelan, Love the Lee-Enfields, but my Favorite all around and especially to shoot is my late production Ross MkIII. Too bad Ross didn't get to finish perfecting it. Better magazine, some kind of cushion to stop bolt lug damage, a 25" barrel length, pinned bolt and a finer front sight blade and I think it would have been a shoe in for best bolt action design. As long as the machine guns didn't get all the good ammo!

My favorite milsurp tends to be the last one I picked up!! It's always changing. But Enfields and Swiss rifles seem to always come back in vogue for me.

All the Millsurp guns. The CZ, 52/57 Russian SKS SVT40. Swedish Spanish Chinese USA. The ones I own. The want list is huge. let's face it any old military rifles speaks to you. It's a war vet that has been retired. Grab it and take care of it. Fck I need a drink I just brought a tear to my eye

my other favorite the C1A1 which of couse the gov't seems fit to not allow the pleasure of ever shooting again
