When looking for .22LR match ammo question

Cleaning processes vary between shooters - some clean after 'every use' even 20-30 rounds, I do. And when testing ammo I always start with a clean bore, then usually 10-rounds to foul the bore (between brands/types) before recording shots ( although I do keep records of all my shots, those shots aren't 'counted' in a test ). If I'm being really fussy I'll run a patch with 90% Alcohol between brands/types, too. Especially if I'm chrono-testing the ammo, too. All towards trying to reduce variables between tests.
Just to mention also that i clean the bore around 100-150 rounds (and I usually shoot less at a range-trip) even if I'm still shooting the same brand. Then the 'fouling protocol' is repeated.
BTW, I don't compete - just on my own out here. Not many in town shoot for accuracy beyond splatter-targets.

I haven't seen any discussion on the volume of shots vs cleaning. Whenever a comparison between different firearms is mentioned, is it starting from a clean bore or some amount of previous shots? Could this be another source of any inconsistencies experienced?
It's one of those what works for you. I don't clean after each shoot and the gun I entered the 1/2" challenge I just ran a pull thru.

Good afternoon,
Very windy conditions this morning and cool, 9 degrees Celsius.
Migrating from the 50 meters settings to 100 meters settings was a bit hard.
I used the CZ-457 in its original At-One configuration, starting at 20lbs then 25lbs torque.
Here are my best 5 and 10 shots at 100 meters, still with no rear bag, only my left arm underneath , Blazer 40 gr.
I'm due to experiment SK ammo.

Not to sound like an richard. Blazer ammo is hardly match or even entry level match ammo, its bulk ammo with lower QC. So you be chasing issues with that ammo if you are suspecting better groups. So you are only going to get a certain level of accuracy with bulk. Will get more variations in the velocity and more fliers so bigger groups.

I mean Blazer is what was recommended by the manafacture of my belt fed 22.

Remington 40XB at 100 Metres with RWS R100 was producing 1' and better groups.
Tried it at our BR50 match yesterday and abandoned after the first two targets and switched to Eley Match.
What works at 50 yards may not work at 100 and what works at 100 and 200 Metres was not the answer at 50 yards.
My BR rifle, a Remington 40XB works at 50 yards and 100 M., with the tuner set for both distances.
Go figure . . . when you have all the answers . . . let me know!

seems like most factory rimfire rifles come in 1 in16 twist rate. what about a barrel in a say 1in 14 or 12 twist to make a difference? at shooting at 100 yards and beyond
