Where are all these Kar98ks?

Can anyone tell me what a good prize for an M48BO is?

I have found them for 510 bucks. Would that be a decent price?

And to the post about going to a gun show to find some K98ks, would anybody know of any good sized gun shows in toronto or the GTA area?

Thats what they sell for at dealers, but remember tax and shipping comes in after the price.

You can find better deals on the EE.

I've owned a few RC's and Czechs and Yugo refurbs... none of them stayed in the rack.

If you truly collect, save your pennies and get a vet bring back or Portuguese contract rifle. You won't regret it.

I do collect but I don't wanna spend a ton of money on rifles, no matter how much I want them at the moment.

Take in mind I will be going to school soon and won't be recieving any income. Right now I make very good money and don't mind spending every now and again on a gun I want. That being said if I were to spend upwards of a thousand dollars on a Kar98k it would definitely have to be shootable I don't want a thousand dollar paper weight.

I actually just found a couple Kar98ks online for 2500 bucks a piece and that is out of my price range.

Also could anybody share their experiences about sellers on the ee.

Forgot one last thing.

Is there any surplus 8mm mauser floating around out there?
If I were to buy a M48BO right now I would wanna feed it relatively cheaply :p

It's right next to the stack of surplus 30-06, behind the pallets of surplus .303 and next to the stack of surplus 7x57.

Good luck, but I suspect that if you want to feed it cheap bullets, you'll need to take up reloading.

Budget Shooter Supply are the only dealer that have any available currently, I think - check the banners up top. Marstar also just got some more Yugo M48A's in for a decent price.
