Where are Kowa Spotting scopes available in Canada?

Hello everyone I was wondering where Kowa spotting scopes are available in Canada

I’m looking for a Kowa 82sv and would prefer to buy one in Canada if possible

I just purchased a Kowa today, straight from Japan. I found-out that Excise/Duty tax will be abut $320. Combined with the price of the scope, it was much less expensive to order from Japan. The scope is brand new, Model TSN-774 20-60x77mm objective, predecessor to the current model. I've conducted a lot of research on the Kowa. A mulititude of accolades, more options than others, glass is just as good as all the other top-name brands.

How is warranty administered on a Kowa that's purchased direct from Japan? their website says North American warranty center is for purchases made in Canada or USA.

There is a 25 year warranty on the scopes. I really don't know the technical details of their warranty, however if their is any issue, I will mail it back to Japan.
