Hey guys, i am considering a 1911 in .45 but i cant seem to find any places with ammo IN STOCK, any suggestions for qt 500 or 1000? I did hit the search button before creating this, we can call it a "refresh post" lol Cheers

As for reloading i will be honest with you i wouldnt know where to start! (I'd probably start by a How to video lol)
"...Le Baron is bad..." Wouldn't argue with that. They're not much good in Ontario either. Nor are they particularly bright. They had the Ruger XGI(Mini-14 in .308) in their catalogue for 2 years after Ruger announced they weren't going to make it.

Friend, you may not want to hear this, but 45 ACP is by far the easiest pistol ammo to handload for IMHO.
It seems these days any factory ammo starting with at least a 4 is more apt to drain you wallet faster than others.

Good for you! This can only add to your skills/knowledge and when the reloading gear is quickly paid off, this also adds up to more trigger time for you for less cash payout. More trigger time means the end result of better shooting.Nice, i will look it up for sure.

OP, note that this is WinClean ammo and it uses small pistol primers instead of the usual large pistol primers. If you plan to reload this brass you will need to segregate it and keep it from any other .45 brass you collect to avoid mixing the primer sizes.

You should note that WINCLEAN ammo is often 2x the price that AE and blaser sell at.
Simply due to cost I would avoid it. Also I did not know that it used small pistol primers, so even more so undesirable.
AE & Blaser (brass not aluminum) have done me great in the last couple years, can be found at between 22-26& a box / 50.
