Where can we buy the hk45 ?

LEM models are hard to find, apparently, according to Wolverine supplies, those will be ordered only for LE (according to one of Wolverine's sales person) not sure whether it's true or not. Give them a call, and try to order one, you will figure it out soon enough. They are just a reseller, I would not worry much if they say no. I would just keep looking.
Great, that's just a bit too bad I found out that I want an ATV for hunting
enefgee is pointing out the price is quite high considering you can pre-order one from Wolverine for 1095.00 ( should be here around Christmas)

The price is what it always was until this pre order came out. Its what every single person who has one now would have paid for theirs new up until now...unless you went to US and imported I guess.
Yes it was.
But this pre-order has been out for 6 months. And it would seem silly for anyone to pay 1400 plus tax for a US made HK45, when they can get a German made one for 300 less.
Now granted, once all the stock from the pre-order is gone, some guys may not have much choice but to pay the 1400.
LEM with 8 lb. trigger was an option for the pre-orders. I had no issues ordering one through Wolverine without being LE.
I agree with you on the price difference, but you won't see a difference in quality and craftmanship between the USA and German made HK45.
HK imported their own machines, their own QC guys & plant management from Germany, etc. What you get in the USA is the same.
Sig on the other hand didn't do this and it showed.
But still use American workers...........
Talked to Wolverine. They are taking orders. When I asked ETA he kind of hesitated and said maybe January. Been there done that. Jan turns into March which turns into September. Waited almost 3 yrs. for a JAE 700 stock before I cancelled it. From then on, I will always take what is actually in stock over a pre order if I want something, even at a higher cost (I'm into instant gratification anyway)
