The thing to keep in mind is that Brenneke is a bit like Nosler and Hornady. Not only do they make and market their own ammo, their projectiles are available in shells from other manufacturers such as Rottweil and Rio. Al Simmons in Hamilton usually has a good selection of shells from Rottweil and Rio using Brenneke slugs. I've used both brands and have no complaints.
The ones I use are for a smooth bore.Can they be fired from a smooth bore or does one need a rifled barrel?
