where to find Mesa Tactical 870 mag cap?

Does anyone in Canada sell this Mesa Tactical quick release 870 end cap?

I'm thinking this would be the perfect swivel to use with a Magpul MOE fore-stock when a mag extension is NOT used. A normal QD swivel on a cap causes the sling to interfere with the MOE. This one might provide just enough stand-off.

Wantsalls has this (older?) version that is flush, but I'm actually looking for the longer protrusion.

Yes, also people with longer 28" barrels and no tube extension who still want to use the MOE front stock. I'm doing this setup on a water-fouling Wingmaster (cerakote, and SGA/MOE).

Just need a Mesa dealer to chime in on how I can get one!
 
I did find this one:

made by Grovtech at Brownells (100-005-657WB), but not sure if long enough and I don;t like the open serrations on the bottom for a gun that will be used for waterfowl a it's another source of mud ingress. The flush ones are superior IMHO.

You mean the notches for the detent ball?

Given that you're sending a gun to Tac Ord, you might want to ask them, they're a Mesa dealer
 
Casey seems to be able to get stuff quicker than most dealers (I think he doesn't wait till he has a certain amount of stuff to put in an order)
 
Call them, I find their website to not list everything. They're 10 min from me and I usually find what I need when I pop in, they have a bunch of Mesa product in stock. I was just up there looking for a Mesa high tube 870 stock adaptor kit.

They can likely order in one if they don't have it in stock, alternatively gp tactical is a Mesa dealer as well. Mesa's website lists all its Canadian dealers, check out to see who else is in Canada might get lucky and find someone with the part in stock.

yes, the protruding stud works, but the magpul butt uses the push-button studs. Ideally, both ends of the sling would have the same fastener.

Right, the QD mounts. The SGA stock also has the traditional sling attachment on its sides that would match with the above mount.
