The 92FS has one of the widest grips in 9mm. Ergonomically, I think the 226 fits the hand better but the 92 definitely fits bigger mitts!
I don't find the G17 very wide but I've not tried the Gen 4 with the wide backstraps either.

I also have large hands and have handled and shot a stock Browning High power, this is not the gun for me with respect to fit. They are excellent guns otherwise. I'm thinking you may consider something that uses a double stacked mag so more likely a wider grip. Also a gun with adjustable back straps may be a good option but I have never handled any of those so can't really speak to that. I've handled a few CZ75's and they seem to fit me better than the BHP. 92 is good... Or a 226 with hogue grips....
