Who bought from Wholesale sports??

ok, so why do people still buy from there? lol

Beats me gt.

I'm tempted to order my sister's rimfire rifle off of WSS just to see if the thirty bucks of savings is worth the hassle...

As an advance notice, I'd like to apologize to P&D, Frontier, Marstar, and every other GOOD retailer that have given me GOOD service for not very much more (if at all!)

If Bass Pro is gonna be anything like the one in Vaughan, ON, you guys are in for one heck of a ride. :)

i orderd from wholesale sports in saskatoon over the phone. put together a varminter, got the rifle, scope, bipod, rings, etc. just told them what i wanted they put it all together and shipped it out.

No-Sale Sports

Went in 5 weeks ago and ordered and SW 686 in .357

"3-4 weeks, got 1 in Calgary and 2 in Edmonton" they said. I call 3 weeks later to check and was told 4 weeks is the 'normal' time for an order. Called a week later (4 weeks) and was told "If it's not here by next week, we'll make some calls". Call the next week (now 5 weeks since my order), "Oh, they're on back order, it'll be 3-4 weeks" they said. (meaning no-one actually ordered it the first time? Or that no-one had the balls to tell me 2 weeks ago that they were on back-order?)

"To hell with you, refund my money" I said. Phoned a store in Calgary, going there tomorrow to buy a 686P with a 5 inch barrel (limited production "Stocking Dealer Special" edition).

First time I 'almost' spent money there. Last time I'll grace their doorstep.

I believe in supporting the smaller independent stores even if you pay a couple of bucks more. The service is usually way better the local hunting and fishing knowledge is usually spot on and you don't have to spend $$$ on a tank of fuel to get there.
I'd hate to see the big boxes put the little guys out of biz then you are forced to shop there and then see how the prices start to climb.

I ordered my sendero, they said there were 3 in-stock in calgary. 6 weeks alter I went and asked were it was they said they had one in Edmonton the manager even phoned and confirmed then they promised 1 week to get it to Saskatoon. After the weeks they said it had not been shipped, so when I was in Edmonton I bought one. I will never order anything from them again, but if its in-stock I will buy there.

Because some people are Wholesale Whores. They dont mind to be mistreated and abused to save a dollar. Saving $10.00 is well worth been talked down on and disrespected. They would rather be raped 6 ways from Sunday if there is a couple bucks to be saved. They are no different then the whores who walk the street giving up respect, to save a bit money.

i went to WSS in Winnipeg to buy my first handgun, i looked at everything they had in stock witch was about 10 or 12 diferent guns (cabellas had 2 sr9s 1 cz 2 kimbers and a ruger .22, (not impressed)) ,what i really wanted was an xd so they said they would check if there were any in stock in calgary and call me back, that never happend, so i phoned Wolverine Supplies and got the gun in 2 weeks, i would recomend Wolverine to everyone great service, and they dont talk to you like your a criminal for looking at handguns

I used to order all of my reloading supplies and guns from them. I no longer deal with them due to the poor customer service and terrible attitude of their employees. This seemed to happen at around the same time as they expanded in the US and got arragant with their success.

Order something supposedly in stock .....wait 4 weeks.
Call ....they say it will be another 4 weeks to transfer from another store.
Write nasty e-mail asking why they can't ship directly from store with stock...receive within 3 days????? I don't get them.
