The factory sights on my 557 Lux are adjustable for windage (rear) and elevation (front) and with the Euro-stock, it's pretty much instantaneous target acquisition for me.
Yes, they are adjustable for zeroing at a fixed distance but that's where it ends. I zeroed mine at 100m, so I can easily hit 200m with a bit of holding over. CZ457 Lux on the other hand has a tangent rear sight like Mausers, Mosins, etc. so I can set it to whatever distance I want when shooting.. But my guess is that a typical CZ rear blade is good enough for hunting so they didn't bother with more complicated tangent military-style setup. I'd pay for an aftermarket if it was available.
