I am a neanderthal when it comes to computers and can't figure out how to measure groups from a picture. I have seen guys do it before both here and on the hide.
I was out shooting today and think I may have a 500 yard sub moa 10 shot group here (or just over). Shot this practicing with the BCRA for the know your limits stage, 90 seconds, ten rounds at a Fig 14.
The 8 rounds that are on paper measure less than 4.5" all in but there are two more on the target board. The round off his left ear looks like its in but I am not sure about the one at 2 O'clock just off the paper (in black helmet of target underneath).
I am guessing the group is 5.5 inches wide. Moa is 1.047 X5 = 5.235 + .308 is 5.543 sooo.... maybe, but i need it checked with a computer program. Bullet diameter is .308
Can anyone measure that up?
