Who has the Dominion Arms Grizzly?

Stock is direct bolt on , but the foregrip needs to be opened up a bit to fit (it's a little smaller and won't slide on). I have the same set up as post #7 and the same shell holder as post #2. Mine came with the top rail for a red dot and receiver was already tapped.

I found mine to be a perfect fit in the Express laminate forend

I plan on getting this for my 12.5 just so I dont blow my hand off, it would probably be even more useful on the 8.5" grizzly

I just need to find an old school wingmaster tube cap to replace the stock cap because I want to keep that phillips head look.

Mine is the 18.5" barrel mag fed model. I've had absolutely ZERO issues with this shotgun, and I've fired upwards of 500 rounds through it (mostly birdshot to be sure, but some 00 buck and slugs have gone down the barrel).

I won't hesitate to buy another, should this one ever break. For $350 you can't really go wrong IMHO.

For the laminate 870 set, you do need the accompanying 10.5" bolt, cause the DA bolt is too short being only 7".

I have an HP9 with the 14" barrel and tube mag. It now wears an 18" Remington barrel and S&J +2 extension. The gun runs fine other than sometimes having ejection issues with the zinc bottom cheap shells that give all my shotguns problems.

The 14" barrel went onto my Wingmaster.

I recommend looking for the 12.5" barrel tube mag version with the ghost ring sights which, unfortunately I haven't seen in stock anywhere lately. Check Canada Ammo as they have free shipping on over $200 orders.

Its gotta be the best Norinco gun out there

That may be. After I put another couple thousand rounds through my $250 Norinco 1911, I might put it on the same pedestal. That pistol is just as reliable, and way more accurate than I expected (more accurate than I am by far).

The Grizz and the 1911 convince me that it might be Ok to buy a JW-15A backpacker... Haven't put that .22 through the ringer yet, just a couple light trips to the range, but so far, again, better than expected.

So does every part on the DA/Norc interchange with the 870? Where are you guys finding the laminated stocks?

The choke threads are not Remington and the Magpul forend requires some honing to fit properly. The DA trigger guard is different, but not sure if that's just cosmetic or a difference in actual fit/design.

Laminate stocks are coming from the EE or personal take offs from other guns.

That looks amazing! I just bought an old Wingmaster and a 12.5" barrel. What stain and sealer did you use? I love the flat look.
Thanks!
Stock is in original factory condition, and same with the guns finish (flat black bluing type process).

I also have what I thought was another Grizzly, but turns out to be a Norinco PD14 receiver (HP9) with full Grizzly treatment.
