I decided a long time ago that I would never buy another rifle that doesn't have a factory scope rail.
If a gen-2 comes with a built in picatinny rail, I'll probably buy one.
But no way I will spend $1000 on a gun;
and then spend another $200 to mount a scope rail that sort-of works.

I just sent an email for a refund. I bought one in good faith and now they can't be bothered to tell us when or if they are even in production.
