I have shipped ammo with Canpar before and received it via Canpar and DHL.
Of the two, I would only use Canpar again.
I was waiting for several crates of ammo to come in from Saskatchewan a few years ago, and some DHL idiot halted the shipment at Winnipeg saying it wasn't properly labelled.
It took a lot of calling to head office from me and the retailer to get them moving again.
When they finally arrived, the cases were plastered with the 1.4S labels that the retailer had put on them.
Not to mention that I had paid through the nose for the extra shipping costs of hazardous materials.
I personally think that some lazy bastard was just unwilling to pick up the heavy crates, so he left them for the next truck.
