when i first got it, new, didn't like the feel of it. too..... hunting rifle like for me. i prefer a familiar feel, like an Ar15. anyways, first trip to the range, the hammer won't catch after it fires. goes full auto. kinda fun but a bit on the scary side when the rifle fires when you RELEASE the trigger after firing a round.. after a month, new trigger that was solved.
still feel like a POS to me. found a solution to the feel after i tracked down a stock. installed a Vltor stock. now it feels great, but there is of course a problem. if i rack the bolt back, hammer cocks. if i rack the bolt while depressing the trigger, the hammer follows the bolt back to battery. am i right to think it is the position of the trigger group too low, causing the hammer to go enough down, but not enough to catch the disconnector? dont want to start cutting up the stock and find out it is something else. ideas?
i am starting to think i should just part out the POS and move back to the poodle shooters.
bad pic of the bad rifle, sorry.
