Why I love Prophet River

I have dealt with Chris on several occasions and receive nothing but awesome service including expert advice.

Whether you are spending $50 or $5000 you still receive top notch service and you felt you are being valued.

Definitely one of the very best retailers in the industry!
 
I have to agree that Clay and the staff at PR are top notch and they run an excellent business with outstanding customer service, I am very fortunate in that I live 3 blocks from the store and get to stop in regularity to visit and chat and drop off some freshly made jerky. I know most of the staff personally and over and above their business model and what they do at work they are just down to earth good people and part of our community. I am the president of the local trap and skeet club and Clay has been a huge supporter and has done a lot and I mean a lot to help and support us and it is greatly appreciated.

I started dealing with Clay before he had a storefront. Then he opened the store downtown, and now he has the much larger store. Through all of the expansion, customer service has remained the best in the industry, and that is why Prophet River is the first place I contact when I need something firearms related.
 
I made a point to stop there at the new store as we were passing through town. No way I was going to miss a stop like that.

I mean my last rifle purchase didn't go out until the next day, but cmon, it was a late in the day purchase the day before. Like they say: "I'll be back!"
 
Clay helped me get a Colt Python, G48, and two .357 Taylor's SAA with short barrels right before the handgun freeze/ban.

Remember showing up at his house as the family was going out for supper, ........ he sent them ahead and remained behind to show what he had. That resulted in 3 #1's sold.
Have dealt with them ever since and was happy to see the storefront opened. Always great service and make it a point to drop in anytime I'm within a couple hours. Put an order in on Monday and it went out promptly.
Sure beats most other business' I've dealt with.
 
Prophet River came through for me during the handgun buying frenzy... While everyone raised their price, I was able to get my hands on a glock with pre-feenzy price. 1000/10 service!
 
Prophet river is hands down my go to spot. Always outstanding service and stupid fast response! Nothing comes even close for me. If they have in stock what im looking for they are always my first choice. ��
 
They have always been responsive to my questions and I've spent a fair bit of money there over the years, no regrets. Great folks to deal with and super helpful. There are only 3 vendors pinned to my Favorites bar and one of them is a small local shop. Prophet River is one of the others and is where I start my search for anything I'm considering.
 
I have made 2 firearm purchases from Prophet River along with other items . All went very smoothly ! The staff are great ! Clay should put a business plan together for budding entrepreneurs it would give them a leg up on achieving success .
