it's pointless to me why we argue over a subject like this some people like semis some people like bolts i have a friend of the family who hunted with a bolt all his life a lee enfield nice gun it was the first center fire i ever fired who bough a BAR because in the area he hunts in you need a semi auto because most "engaements" are close up and only last a few seconds and are on running targets where as some people in ontario hunt in areas where 1 2 3 hundrid yard shots are common he also can't take as much recoil as he could when he was my age again the semi helps. and do you know what every time he seen a deer with it he's whent home with venison
semis have a place if you want one then have one you wanna hunt with a bolt but this horse is dead already it's not gonna get any deader it may be an interesting thread but really whats the point all i have seen out of this is semi bashing nothing really good has come out of it
and besides some of the most relaible autolaoders semi's fn fal g3's ak's are prohib so it's reall not a fair argument since most of the market are stricktly civilian actions and arn't ment to take abuse
