Wild Rose Action Shooters is pleased to announce our first Precision Rifle Series style match June 11 @ the Edson Fish and Game's Longest Mile Range. Match will be a first come first served basis. We will have 40 spots open for this match. To sign up send an email to WRASSIGNUP@gmail.com , and an entry form will be sent back to be filled out. Match fees will be due the day of the shoot and will be cash only. Please bring exact cash, the match fee is $40.
The match is slated to start at 10 am however we would like competitors on the range by 9:30 for the safety brief. As of right now there is 8 stages and the MINIMUM round count is 47 rounds. We may add two more stages, that will bring the round count closer to 60, so bring enough ammunition for the day.
There is some minimum equipment requirements to shoot the match. You must have a scope with adjustable turrets, BDC reticle or other bullet compensation reticle capable to 800M (eg.Mildots). This is a PRS rule and is important as to not have ground strikes. We urge you to go to the PRS webpage and read the rule book. www.precisionrifleseries.com
Please bring adequate food and water for the day and proper clothing for the rapidly changing Alberta climate.
