Wilderness carry permit for wife in Ontario

I understand that for questions #3 (a) which asks the location you plan to require the handgun, the correct answer is "all wilderness areas". If you get too specific then they will too. Though keep in mind that the chief firearms officer for each province has to approve your application, which can cause delays, so you might want to make it "all wilderness areas in Ontario" For 3 (b) I would go with "whenever required for work"

I have it on good authority that ATC's have been issued in ON for Outfitters setting out Bear Bait. Two pails full of used Tim Horton's grease makes it hard to carry a long gun.

The best answer for #3(a) your hip..:D :D

Hey guys, we gave it up. I talked to the person responsible to issue the ATC in the CFO office, and after a short conversation I saw that doesn't matter what I was going to write, the application would be rejected. Or we should have had fabricate a whole bunch of background stories to support the application.
It seems that in our case it would have cost too much time and money. It's a shame on me, because exactly this is what they want - people give up seeing the brainless hops ahead, and I caved in, as they planned.

So my wife got a Marlin 1894C lever action jampacked with 357 magnum ammo for the hunt. :)
Offtopic, but here is a picture of the bearstalking, you can guess how many bear I got:
