Which is the better brass? Winchester or Privi ??

Quality of Winchester brass is spotty, Privi is pritty much consistent and allows me more reloads, so my vote goes to the latter.

PVRI is from Serbia. I would, and do, choose this brand over NA brands in a heart beat every time.

Very good qualifier, Ben. That said, I have had excellent results with PRVI brass in a couple of calibres, including 22-250, which is pretty hard on brass with heavy loads.

Definately prvi, esp for european chamberings, they are the right size for 6.5x55 unlike the american stuff.

Yup, Prvi.

In .303 Brit, I can't tell the difference between milspec IVI brass (even the WW2 Mk VII stuff) and Prvi. So I'll go with Prvi any day of the week over anything commercial made in NA. I've also had the same result with Prvi in 7.5mm Swiss. It's GTG.

I just ordered Privi brass.

PPU brass is pretty good - I have a hundred each of 7.5x55 Swiss, 7x57 Mauser and 6.5x55 Swedish - and it has all been reloaded at least four times so far.

On the other hand- we are getting the crud WW stuff - some of it, particularly .243 and .270, is actually showing cracked necks new in box. Our local dealer has a stack of it waiting for the sales rep to take away.
