Hi all,
I come to you in need. Many moons ago, my grandfather gave me his first rifle, a Winchester 72A .22 as my first rifle. The rifle is a tack driver and has always been reliable. However, earlier today, with nothing else to do, I figured since I had never taken this rifle completely down before, that I should probably do it.
Well long story short, the internet failed me, in the fact that I couldn't find a free version of the original manual. Because of this, (dont laugh) I couldn't figure how to get the rifle apart.
Help? I don't know when this rifle was last apart so it may be stiff. However, as of now I have yet to figure out how to get it apart.
Thanks, any help is appreciated.
