WOLF Kingston....hello?

As for his Reloaded Ammo in 45 ACP 230 jacketed stay clear of it. A few years back got some. The primers fell out of the loaded rounds in my magazines. This was from standard recoil of his ammo. I cleared the jam and ejected the round no primer . It was sitting in my mag.

Thought it was a one shot chance ...Boy was I wrong. It happened again. Gave away the other boxes to fellow shooters with the warning of what happened. Still may have one or two of those boxes left was going to call him .

His cast bullets are good to reload. No complaints.

Sounds like a fluke. Why would the type of bullet have any effect on how the primer was seated when the same machine is used to manufacture each cartridge?

My guess crappy brass used in that lot, primer pocket was oversized. Never seen or had it happen from my home brew or from any factory stuff. It was just odd. But it wasn't limited to just one box. I wish I noted the make of brass but it wasn't a comon name.

No response to email. Voice mail box is full. Can't even leave a voice mail. Any idea whether he is on vacation or stopped taking orders now?

Just call. If no answer, try again later.

Everyone I know that has actually talked to him, has got the ammo withing 2-3 days.

Forget the email.

You get him on the phone, give him your CC number and bingo! Done!

It has come down to this for me. Asking public forums this question...

Does anyone know he has any 9mm TMJ or FMJ in stock? LOL!

I can't find my cheap ammo. I might just end up reloading before even buying a case of anything (besides surplus 7.62x39). If I had access to a club nearby or plinking land, I would be on my 2nd case by now. I still have 1110rds left. Sad and funny at the same time.

We have Winchester Winclean in at the moment...not the cheapest but $345 a case. 115gr. We are also getting some American Eagle 147gr in the end of this week or mid next. It will be $299/1000.

Has anyone ever had him answer on the # on his site?

Got my 40SW from Chemist today, he always answered my emails almost instantly and my order came the next day. Hopefully he can get some more Wolf ammo because he's much better to deal with.

I have lots of 40 S&W in and I will be getting other calibers in as well. The last order of 9mm lasted 3 hrs. Wolf is a great guy he is just super busy as everyone on here that deals with him knows.

aight, here is the deal, Wolf sent me my invoce on the 20th of august and i still dont have my ammos. i noticed something weird on my CC, he sent me back like 12$. i mean whats the deal with him. we cant contact him i pay 460$ to get 2000 rounds of 9mm and i dont get it. anyone really heard of him within the past week, because when i did my order, he answered the phone. which is weird. then nothing.

I've done orders with Wolf in the past, but I too am experiencing his absence this last 2 weeks. I can only assume something has him very occupied. He is usually a stand up guy, so will give him the benefit of a doubt and wait til things clear up. Maybe after the long weekend things will return to normal.

I just don't get it. If I ran a business like that, I would be dead. Wolf (incl. BDX) appeared to have built themselves a good business operation. Well, in the beginning, but now, it sounds like total BS. See ya Wolf/BDX... Was not considering reloading all my ammo, but I will now! Someone else will be happy to take my $$$ and those businesses that I inquired about reloading equipment and components all responseded back to me promptly.

Chemist: you're good in my books, I will buy from you, but probably not wolf bullets. LOL!

So?? 10 people can't reach them on CGN.... You do realize the world does not revolve around this site.
I am sure they know the miss out on some business....but if they can't keep up or have so many things on the go, what can they do?

The Wolf offers the shooting community a specialized product not offered by many business owners, I have dealt with him several times and will continue to do so no matter how long it takes him to get back to me. He has been very busy obviously lately, his customer service is usually better than this, I ordered 3000 rounds from him a couple of months ago and he was short of
9mm then, there was a little wait involved but no biggie I received my product...:)

He sends the ammo via Canpar and my last order was delayed on Canpar's end (they had it for a week before delivery to me) so there are lots of variables involved....If it was not for Wolf i would be shooting allot less and paying allot more for my ammo....

Well you obviously don't run a business so you wouldn't understand what it's like to be stretched at times when you have too much on your plate but not enough to justify hiring help. His prices are good and part of that I'm sure is because he keeps his overhead down by not hiring help, flip side is service suffers when things get busy.

I called him half a dozen times last week only to receive voicemail, fustrating yes, end of the world no, it's just a hobby and I stockpile ahead of time so no rush.

You have great patience, like others around here. Unfortunately, and rightfully so, I'll buy from somewhere else even if it costs more. Actually, I'm going to reload soon and whatever I save will end up as more ammo. :)

However, this 6 page thread are mainly rants and unfortunately, I fall in that category.

He better adjust his services soon and change is voice message to "I'm very busy at the moment, if I return your message and sell you ammo, that means you got lucky". LOL!

Demand majorily out weighing supply. Someone is going to jump in for the piece of the pie.
