WOLF Kingston....hello?

So this guy takes orders, reloads brass, and ships it out? That's really cool. I thought you needed some kind of permit and expensive insurance to do this. Is this factory ammo, or is this wolf guy considered a factory? I'd like to try some of his ammo!

It's what I would call "factory" reloads; they're provincially and federally liscensed ammunition manufacturer and certified by natural resources Canada. From what I heard, very reliable and good quality ammunition. Maybe someone else could comment on the product...

I don't know how he works, but with the volume he seems to deal, I don't believe he reloads with a dillon in his basement lol :D I would be curious to see how it's done...

I don't know what he uses, but I bet it is something like this. I've heard it running in the background while on the phone with him.

BDX has a big auto one too (there use to be a picture of it on there website.. might still be).

Wolf's a good guy and good ammo. I'm surprised his prices didn't go up a lot given the current circumstance.

He runs 4 Ammoloads (set up for 9,40, 45 and 38)and a mess of other processing equipment - sorters - resizers - QA checkers, etc.
He had camdex, but apparently didn't like them.

Never had a problem before, ordered lots.

I've been trying to get the last order shipped for the last 3 weeks, and that's on items on the shelf.

Going to have to start looking at alternatives. Or just spend more time behind the press.

-Update-

Wolfgang called me to get my order sorted out. Apparently it was shipped out and CANPAR returned it back Undeliverable. No delivery notice was ever received. ..dicks. At any rate my package is still sitting on his shelf waiting for the call and is going back out.

Just goes to show that the best product and service means #### when the guys picking it up can't find their asses from a hole in the ground.

*Update* My order was shipped on friday from Wolf and arrived here today (monday). The box seems small, but it weights 60lbs according to Can-par (It's 2000 TMJ 9's).

Hope it's the right thing, I can't open it here to check, people will freak out (I'm on the job :)).

So I went home and opened the box, it was what I ordered;

Arg, after counting and recounting, only 39 box shipped, 50 rounds are missing :(. I contacted Wolf to see how we can come to an arrangement... Does this happens often?

Not like it's a huge deal, I don't mind if he credit me 1 box or something, just odd.. human error happens...

Wolf has used Canpar for several years now.
If he had regular problems with them , i am sure he would have switched to another company long ago.
Past threads have shown, ALL couriers get blamed for poor service from time to time.
Have Wolf do a propper trace on the shipment, get the reason why it was undeliverable. maybe the address was not correct? label could have be defaced some how.
If the trace comes back that there was no reason it should not have been delivered, they are suposed to re-attempt delivery FREE of charge.
Maybe the driver is a Liberal suporter? who knows, but if he(Canpar driver)
didnt want to deliver it, then get his A*s kicked for his troubles.

He is basically a one man opperation for the most part,
and a very busy guy.
An oversite for sure.
When you get a hold of him, he will send the missing box to you
i am sure.

How do you guys place your orders? I've been trying to get one since the middle of July. I sent an email with what I wanted and asked how he wants to be payed but I haven't got a response. Do you guys email your CC info?

I order over the phone. Though any emails I've sent him have been returned within the day. Maybe I just have a knack for contacting him when he has a moment to do correspondence...

He usually sends u a PDF file with the needed info to order like:

Name:
PAL #:
CC #: (Visa/MC)
Physical adress:

And you fax it back or email (in 2 parts if you send your cc number).
It's not too user friendly as I think he specialize more into large order, but he serves normal customer too and I thank him for that :)
