Friday I received my new XCR-L, got home ,open it up. No mag in there,no prob as I have 10 lar mags. I called wolverine and told them ,I didn't get a mag,Brent apogized and told me he'd get one out to me. Anyway this morning ,the foam fell out of the case and low and behold ,there was the mag and manual. As there is a 3 1/2 hour difference ,I had to wait a while before I could call and tell wolverine that I had found the mag. Anyway ,I finally called and explained the situation, was then told that a new mag was already shipped out to me ( fast). I then said I would ship it back but was told not to worry about it,to keep the extra mag. Now I'm not sure what a 30 rnd mag costs, but that is what I call customer relations. With service like that ,I'm sure I'll be buying many more products from Wolverine. That's how a business should be run,good team there guys.... Brian ...also like to mention,Guy,Ryan!micheal,and Wolfgang... Lol ,dealt with them all ,on one rifle sale.. Thanks guys.....
