Canadaammo sold a lot of these pistols for the few that hit the EE.

I'm thinking people like them. There are more people reselling their Outlaws...

and I think quite a few more 9mm's were sold.

Good job.. I like seeing them at gunshows for $349...

Thanks guys I'm checking the EE so hopefully one of these will pop up. I actually found one on craigslist for 369 in vancouver I couldn't believe it.

I'm guessing these were a 1 time deal? I write my restricted test tomorrow and would like a starter handgun without dropping 1000. I was surprised by the quality of the norcs I handled during my class.

Another option that may be worth looking at for an inexpensive pistol would be the Walther P38 or P1. Trade Ex has a bunch for sale for only $299.

Watch it. Norinco is a blanket company that sells a variety of guns from a lot of different Chinese outfits. As a result the quality shifts quite a bit from one product line to the next. Their 1911's currently are quite nicely made but I've seen references to one of their other model lines that is crude and comes with a variety of issues. The M213's are generally working out well for those of us that bought them but they sure aren't something to be proud of for their quality of machine work. And parts WILL be an issue in the future. So if you decide on one then plan on scrambling for parts at some point in the future.

So if you do want to buy a Norc do some research on THAT model and for the current time period/production of THAT model. Don't assume that because their current 1911's are nice that they are all done to the same standard. However I will say that their CZ85 clone I saw a while ago looked good.

These Norinco 9mm Tok clones are great fun. I have a few.

As for quality issues... Seriously? What are we expecting for under $200? As for the comment, "Watch it. Norinco is a blanket company that sells a variety of guns from a lot of different Chinese outfits. As a result the quality shifts quite a bit from one product line to the next.", this could be said for a number of firearms companies from all over the place.

Take a look at Marstar's two-tone NP-17. These have nicer grips than the standard Tokarev, and are fun to shoot.

Hey guys I started a 213 DIY thread to make browsing DIY articles easier. So far it has a bunch of views but no posts! If you have performed even a simple mod on your 213 please share it on my thread? Also, how about some good looking wood grips?!

Yesterday I painted some white dots using Testor's model paint on the sites, at low light it is much clearer to see them, during normal light you cannot even tell there is white.

I also polished the feel ramps, very easy thing to do, just used some 800 grit w/d paper (all I had) and then some Flitz polish. I also decided to give the bluing on the barrel a little polish with the Flitz too, that ended with me polishing the entire barrel so now it is all nice and shiny.

Just have to figure out how to make it easier to #### when the firing pin is down.

the rubber grips helped me improve my shooting with the m213
with the stock grips, i was getting about 1/4 of my shots on the paper from 15 yards

now with the new groups, almost all of them are on the paper, but still need to work on grouping them before i try longer ranges

Nine sold already and we don't even know what they look like yet?

We ARE a hungry lot for 213 stuff aren't we..... :D Or did I miss the post with the prototype picture in it?
