It's not just a matter of them not coming in any time soon....

Norinco no longer makes this model. Canam bought the absolute last of them and blew them out at $99.00.... There are no more coiming in from China.

There are no more to be had unless they have been previously owned.

got my comp already... I like the 2 day turn around :)

Im gonna have to put in some steel wool or 1000 grit sand paper time tomorrow though, its about 1/64th of an inch (probably less) diameter too big to fit in the slide of my 1911 (barrel fits fine through the middle though)

Has anyone really put their M-213 through it's paces yet?? Any high mileage reliability reports ??
I bought a pair of them in 1992. I put one in the safe and shot about 55,000 rounds through the other over 16 years. Never had a FTF or FTE, and it always went bang when I squeezed the trigger.

I bought 2 m213, 2 comps and 2 grips.

I put the parts on one and keep the other like I bought it..

I'd say 500 though 1 and 200 though the original looking one. I've polished feed ramps, etc and after ~500 rounds the gun has smartened up real nice. It's slick and reliable with all pointed 9mm ammo. Doesn't like the truncated cone stuff as much but still not bad.

I might give the slick one to my old man for christmas as he's just started coming around to pistols and I just bought a Dan Wesson 15 in .357.... yay for nice revolvers.

I just bought one the EE for $135 inc. all and it had only 50 rounds through, was a NP 20 though which are still available at $179++. $99 was plus tax and shipping anyway, so that's about $130 to 135.

Prices are going up everywhere.

7.62

Any interest in 7.62 barrels? I have a contact in the US that can make them. Any ideas on what else you want in order to convert to 7.62mm?

Cheers

I thought you couldn't convert the M213'S ?

You can't, but only the M213 as it was purpose built for 9mm - the TT-33 and the Marstar Toks are good to go. Why was discussed in some detail in this thread months ago. A few guys don't believe it, but none of them can produce an operating gun to back them up.

Buy those 7.62 barrels to convert the M213 at your peril.
